Individual intuitive sessions at the brick and mortar retail space located at Ocean Place in Hull, provide a brave and safe space to heal from the Big T(rauma) and Little T(rauma) through yoga, movement, mindfulness, breath-work, Reiki, aromatherapy, and as intuitively guided. The proceeds from these individual &amp; group sessions, combined with retail sales, help support community outreach for holistic healing in less accessible and highly necessary demographics, populations, and regions. After becoming a registered dietitian, Kerry quickly grew disillusioned with our healthcare system—and its lack of focus on true health care. This realization sparked a deep personal journey into holistic healing. Along the way, she discovered the profound benefits of meditation, yoga, qi gong, tai chi, tong ren, reiki, acupuncture, and energy work. Through these practices, Kerry healed herself of depression and digestive issues—conditions that are highly interconnected.
