Slow Flow Yoga

Slow Flow Yoga blends the fluidity of Vinyasa with the calm and focus of Hatha yoga, with a bit of pilates mat. You move through postures at a relaxed pace, holding poses longer and transitioning smoothly with deep breaths. This slower tempo creates space to build strength, improve flexibility, and deepen mind-body awareness—without rushing. With the addition of Holy Fire Reiki III, Sound Healing, and physcial touch, an individual leaves class elevated and balanced. It’s not just yoga in slow motion—it’s intentional movement with soul. A beautiful practice to pause, breathe, and be.

Yoga Nidra, often called “yogic sleep,” is a deeply restorative guided relaxation practice that brings the body into a state of rest while the mind remains gently aware. Practiced lying down in a comfortable position, Yoga Nidra uses breath awareness, body scanning, and visualization to guide practitioners into the space between wakefulness and sleep.

In this state, the nervous system shifts into profound relaxation, supporting stress release, emotional balance, and deep rest. During the practice, the brain drops into slower wave patterns—similar to those experienced in deep sleep—allowing tension, fatigue, and mental noise to dissolve.

Yoga Nidra is accessible to all levels, requiring no physical movement or experience. With consistent practice, it can support improved sleep, reduced anxiety, enhanced focus, and a greater connection to stillness and inner awareness.

Monthy Moon Circle

Each month, under the energy of the new moon, we gather in sacred circle to pause, reset, and plant new intentions. New Moon Circles are a gentle space to release what no longer serves, honor your inner landscape, sit in gratitude, and align with what you’re calling in for the cycle ahead.

Through grounding practices, guided meditation, journaling, moon-specific activities, and communal sharing, we attune to the quiet power of the lunar cycle—inviting clarity, renewal, and intuitive insight. These circles are an opportunity to reconnect with yourself, deepen your intentions, and feel supported in the Sanctuary community.

No experience is needed. Come as you are. Leave feeling rooted, clear-hearted, and nourished.

The location of the monthly circles depend on the time of year, weather, and where we are called to be. they will always be located somewhere in the Coastal South Shore, MA area.

A sound bath is a deeply relaxing, meditative experience where you are immersed in soothing vibrations and harmonic tones. Resting comfortably—often lying down—you are guided into stillness while instruments such as crystal singing bowls, chimes, gongs, ocean drums, and gentle percussion create a soundscape designed to calm the nervous system and soften the busy mind.

Sound baths encourage the body to unwind, release tension, and enter a restorative state similar to deep rest or meditation. The vibrations and frequencies help quiet mental chatter, support emotional balance, and invite clarity, peace, and grounded presence.

No prior meditation experience is needed. Simply arrive as you are, settle in, and let the sound wash over you.
